ANAUT present Perro Verde, their new album, reaffirming their identity as one of the most distinctive bands on Spain’s rock and soul scene. Featuring Alberto Anaut (vocals and guitars), Gabri Casanova (keyboards) and Javier “Skunk” Gómez (drums and backing vocals), the Madrid-based trio builds its sound around rock, soul and rhythm & blues, developing a distinctive musical identity over more than a decade. ANAUT was born in Amsterdam in 2013, during Alberto Anaut’s studies at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. Since the release of their debut album, 140, the band has built a solid career on the Spanish live circuit, performing at venues and festivals across the country and earning particular recognition for the quality of their live shows. Among their most popular songs is “When Your Days Grow Long”, with over 1.6 million streams on Spotify. With Perro Verde, ANAUT begin a new artistic chapter while retaining the hallmarks that define the band: organic songwriting, outstanding musicianship and a powerful live show where rock, soul and American roots music come together.
